The Art of Meditation
I can not say I am an expert on the subject. But for practising it for over 30 years now, I do know a thing or two.
Starters. Breathing.
A slow breath in through the nose for a count of five, and slowly exhaling through the mouth for another count of five. Repeat this process at least five times. The more this is practised, the more it can be done. And expanding it for a set of ten, twenty, as many as you can, you become calmer and clearer.
This is a good practice to do before embarking on a meditation.
For starter meditation, please, don't expect too much. The higher your expectations, the more it will seem not worth it or a failure.
